Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This is one of my favorite deer photographs. She looked directly into my camera and stood still for her closeup. I love how the shadows of the leaves appear on the side of her lovely, graceful body. This photograph was taken in Rochester, Michigan.
